User Agreement

HRDC Professional User Agreement Framework

Effective Date: 20 May 2026 | Last Updated: 13 May 2025

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of digital platforms operated by HRDC Professional. By accessing or using any HRDC Professional platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Applicability & Acceptance

This Agreement applies to all users accessing HRDC Professional through:

  • Website – https://www.hrdcprofessional.com
  • Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Official Communication Platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram)

Continued use of any HRDC Professional platform constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Legal Framework

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
  • Applicable provisions of Indian Contract Law
  • Other relevant laws in force in India

3. User Eligibility

  • User must be an HR professional or associated with the HR department
  • Be at least 18 years of age, or access under legal guardian supervision

By using HRDC Professional platforms, users confirm they are legally competent to enter this Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Users Must
  • Respect dignity, privacy, and rights of others
  • Communicate professionally and responsibly
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Comply with applicable laws and platform policies
4.2 Prohibited Activities
  • Posting non-HR job openings (strictly prohibited)
  • Abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content
  • Discriminatory content
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Spam, scams, malware, or fraudulent links
  • Impersonation or identity misrepresentation

Violations may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.

5. Community Group Rules

5.1 Mandatory Requirements
  • Use real and verifiable names
  • Follow admin instructions
  • Maintain professional tone
5.2 Prohibited Activities
  • Sharing private contact lists
  • Unsolicited advertisements
  • Adding members without approval
  • Political, religious, or non-HR content

6. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All original HRDC Professional content is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

  • No unauthorized copying or commercial exploitation
  • No use of branding without written authorization

7. Automated Access & Data Protection

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using bots, scrapers, crawlers
  • Harvesting member data
  • Bulk messaging or unauthorized extraction

8. Intermediary Compliance & Moderation

HRDC Professional reserves the right to monitor, review, remove content, disable access, and cooperate with lawful authorities.

9. Suspension & Termination

HRDC Professional may suspend or terminate access without prior notice in case of violations or regulatory obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • User-generated content
  • Decisions based on platform information
  • Employment opportunity outcomes
  • Technical or third-party limitations

All use is at the user's own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with HRDC Professional’s Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Amendments

HRDC Professional reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
