HRDC Professional Brand Usage & Identity Guidelines

1. Brand Ownership

4. Prohibited Use

  • Altering, modifying, or distorting HRDC logos
  • Creating confusingly similar brand names or visuals
  • Implying endorsement or partnership without approval
  • Using brand assets for commercial gain without contract
  • Registering misleading domains or social handles
  • Using brand in defamatory or inappropriate context

Unauthorized usage may result in legal enforcement.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All brand assets are protected under:

  • Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
  • Applicable trademark and intellectual property laws
  • International intellectual property conventions

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

HRDC Professional reserves the right to:

  • Monitor brand usage across platforms
  • Request correction or removal of unauthorized usage
  • Revoke granted permissions
  • Initiate legal action for violations

Non-compliance may result in suspension of collaboration or community access.
